are both specifically for young people and give loads of free information about sex, relationships, contraception and sexual health.

is a magazine site that has loads of information and articles on issues that can affect young people, such as drugs, relationships, sex and health.
thesite.org aims to offer the best guide to life
for young adults, aged 16-25.

is the website of Brook, an organisation that provides free, confidential sex advice and contraception to all young people.

London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard
If you're not sure... ask! Calm words 24 hours a day about love,
life, safer sex and practically everything else.

A fun site that's bright, funky and easy to use,
with lots of easy to understand information about sex,
peer pressure, puberty, pregnancy and more. Includes a quiz and a glossary of words.

Mental Health

Talking about mental health can be really hard, especially if you're young. Website-based @ease is a new mental health resource for young people under any life related stress or worried about their thoughts and feelings.

Info on how to cope at school, depression, sexual abuse and mental health for young people,
teachers and parents

Offers advice for anyone who is affected by bullying,
to themselves or others

Kidscape is the registered charity committed to keeping
children safe from harm or abuse. Their website offers
excellent information about bullying and how to stop it.

Life can be a misery when you're being bullied at school
and if you feel you don't have any friends.
This site has help and advice if you're having a hard time.
There's also information on how to stay safe.

This site can help young people who have become
carers for others in their family and would like to get in contact with other people that do the same. This site is run by young people in that position.
